Delivery of Our Online Courses

QualityPioneers’ products are mostly online courses that are completely digital in nature. During the checkout process you are guided to create an account in our Learning Management System (LMS) and once the checkout is successfully confirmed you instantly get access to the purchased course(s) from within your account in the LMS system. In some few cases, however access to the purchased courses can take up to 24 hours after checkout confirmation.

Delivery of Printed Course Material

Some of our courses include printed course material. The following part of the delivery policy applies only to orders for products that contain printed course material.

Dispatch times

We aim to ship products as soon as possible. Printed course material will generally be shipped within 4 working days of your order being placed

Delivery times

  • If you are in Egypt: Printed course material will be delivered typically within 3-7 business days of purchase.
  • If you are in an Arab country: Printed course material will be delivered typically within 7-14 business days of purchase.
  • Other countries: Printed course material will be delivered typically within 12-21 business days of purchase.
  • Around holiday periods, dispatch and delivery times may take longer.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs vary according to territory and weight (which varies by course). The cost will be displayed in the course checkout page after you enter your address and prior to actual check out.

In the event that your Products do not arrive within the time outlined above, or arrive damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns/Refunds

QualityPioneers will not issue any refunds or exchanges for products once purchased, including online products, courses and course materials.
